Thank you for your work on this

A couple of hours ago, I walked out of this keynote at #ONA16 and I just wanted to share with you how important it is to have these issues raised so publicly.

It’s important that we’re not just paying lip service to “diversity matters” but are creating real, actionable goals for newsrooms to adopt and incorporate into their workflows.

I look forward to following along and being a part of this effort.
